This page explains what happens to your information when you visit lessons.starcamp.ai, book a call, pay for a session or take one. I'm Refael, and I'm the one responsible for it. Questions or requests: [email protected].
The short version
- I only use your details to book, hold and, if needed, refund your sessions.
- I never sell your details or give them to anyone beyond the services named below.
- I don't send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them.
- Your notes are emailed to you and not kept. A recording, if you ask for one, is deleted after 30 days.
- You can ask me to delete what I hold at any time.
When you visit the page
The page has no analytics, no ads and no tracking of its own. Three outside services still see your visit, because the page can't work without them:
| Who | Why | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the page | Your IP address and browser details, in its server logs. Privacy policy |
| Google Fonts | Supplies the page's typeface | Your IP address and browser details. Google's privacy policy |
| Cal.com | The booking calendar, which loads in the background so it opens quickly | Your IP address, browser and device details. Cal.com says it uses no advertising cookies. Privacy policy |
When you book
You book through Cal.com. It collects what you type in the booking form: your name, email, anything you write in the notes box, any guests' emails, and later any reason you give for moving or cancelling. It also records the time you picked and your time zone.
Cal.com holds this for me. It adds the booking to my Google calendar ([email protected], on Google Workspace) with your name, email and notes, and creates the Google Meet link. Cal.com sends the confirmation emails.
Please don't put health information in the booking form. Cal.com's own rules don't allow it.
When you pay
Payment for a session is handled by Cal Pay, Cal.com's payment service, run by Whop. Your card details go to them, never to me. I see your name, email and the amount paid. Whop keeps its own records under its own privacy policy.
During a session
- Sessions run on Google Meet by default, or on Zoom, Discord or another app if you ask. Each app handles the call under its own privacy policy.
- Recordings: I only record if you ask. The recording is saved in my Google Drive; I send you a link and delete it 30 days later. You may also record on your side, for your own use.
- Notes: I email you notes the same day. Once they're sent, I don't keep a copy.
- What you show me and tell me stays between us, unless you agree or the law requires otherwise.
- Please keep passwords, keys, bank or card details, health information and other people's personal details off your screen. If something shows up anyway, change it afterwards.
Emails
If you write to [email protected], your message is kept in my email (Google Workspace). Ask, and I'll delete our emails once we're done.
How long things are kept
- Notes: not kept once sent to you.
- Recordings: 30 days.
- Your booking: stays in Cal.com and my calendar until I delete it. Ask, and I will.
- Payments: Cal Pay and Whop keep their own records, under their own rules.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to:
- find out what I hold about you,
- correct it,
- have it deleted.
You can also write to Cal.com directly, at [email protected].
Age
The lessons are for people 18 and over. Please don't book if you're younger.
Where your information goes
Cal.com, Whop, Google and Cloudflare may handle your information in countries other than your own.
